Description
We are seeking a psychologist for a residential center in Bilbao, with a temporary and part-time contract. The working hours are flexible and can be agreed upon. The primary mission is to ensure the emotional well-being of residents through psychological assessment, intervention, and follow-up—both individually and in groups—as well as providing support to their families.
Key responsibilities include initial psychological assessment, preparation of individual care reports and plans, delivery of group interventions and therapies, and clinical follow-up for each resident. We also facilitate residents’ adaptation to the center and provide care for terminally ill residents and their families. One year of experience in mental health for the elderly and specific training in this field are particularly valued.
The work environment is built on respect, collaboration, and mutual support. Work-life balance, continuous training, and opportunities for professional development are offered within a stable and continuously evolving setting.
