Additional training in DENVER, PECS, TEACCH is valued The Occupational Therapy and Child-Adolescent Psychology Center ABAULA is looking for a psychologist to join our team. Requirements include: Master's Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology, General Health Psychology Master's Degree, or Master's Degree specializing in ASD, inclusion, or neurodevelopmental difficulties. \- Supervise children at all times \- Conduct initial assessments to develop psychoeducational profiles and formulate individualized therapeutic plans \- Create visual resources adapted to each user \- Design activities to develop skills outlined in individual goals \- Draft goals for each user \- Coordinate and supervise cases with the service’s coordination and technical direction \- Communicate effectively with families \- Coordinate with other internal or external professionals \- Implement semester goals or individualized work plans \- Design activities to develop socio-communicative skills and autonomy \- Involve families in therapy as much as possible. Empowering families is a top priority for professionals \- Complete session records during sessions \- Collect data and conduct weekly evaluations of specific goals \- Evaluate individualized goals upon completion of the work plan timeline \- Adapt to diverse user profiles \- Work autonomously when designing activities and request support when encountering difficulties \- Supervise arrivals and departures from the center when no one else is available \- Maintain the center and facilities as tidy and clean as possible during and after interventions \- Tidy the intervention room at the end of each day’s intervention sessions \- Conduct individualized intervention sessions with children, adolescents, and young adults with neurodevelopmental difficulties \- Conduct small-group sessions to address social skills and emotional aspects with children, adolescents, or young adults with neurodevelopmental difficulties \- Conduct family counseling sessions \- Conduct sessions in natural settings (home or school) for children who require it \- Organize workshops or talks on specific topics for families or other professionals \- Facilitate therapeutic groups with families of children, adolescents, or young adults with neurodevelopmental difficulties \- Assessments and diagnoses (ASD, ADHD, ID, dyslexia, dyscalculia, etc). * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior professional experience working with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, ASD, FASD, etc.) will be positively considered. Training in PECS, TEACCH, and DENVER (basic level) will also be valued. * Bachelor's Degree in Psychology * Competencies / Knowledge: The following additional training will be positively considered: \- Advanced DENVER, SCERTS, Hanen, Advanced PECS, RDI, Social Stories, ABA, Visual Supports, Positive Behavioral Support, Sensory Integration Difficulties, IMPACT or PACT. \- Training in Sexuality Education for individuals with ASD. \- Training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems. \- Training in developing visual supports. \- Training in intervention methodologies focused on developing social skills in children with ASD. \- Specific training on feeding difficulties in children with ASD. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Social Action Agreement with children, youth, families, and others at risk
