We are currently looking to **hire** a **Construction Production Manager** in **Madrid**, someone who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Key responsibilities and functions:** * Control and supervision of production lines throughout the entire construction process: daily progress reviews and identification of potential incidents or schedule delays. * Conducting measurements and supervising subcontractors’ measurements. * Coordination and supervision of on-site human, technical, and material resources. * Management and organization of materials and auxiliary resources required for proper site operation. * Collaboration in monitoring prevention, quality, and environmental policies. * Supporting the Contract Manager in achieving the project’s defined objectives: optimizing economic performance and ensuring customer satisfaction regarding quality and deadlines. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * University degree: Technical Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, etc. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Production Manager. * National and international geographical mobility. * Professional certifications and postgraduate qualifications related to the field will be positively considered.
