Job Summary: We are seeking a temporary PRL Administrator to carry out tasks and projects for the Occupational Risk Prevention team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages SGPRL documentation and risk assessments. 2. Coordinates health surveillance and health campaigns. 3. Be part of a professional project full of challenges and opportunities, set in an excellent working environment and a global, heterogeneous, and innovative setting. **PRL Administrator (Temporary)** **JOB MISSION** To perform tasks and projects specific to the Occupational Risk Prevention team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Main responsibilities include: * Updating and controlling all SGPRL-related documentation, conducting risk assessments, planning preventive activities, developing emergency plans, preparing SPM reports, etc. * Conducting hygiene studies, ensuring compliance with legionella treatment requirements, and verifying compliance with RITE regulations. * Performing internal safety preventive inspections, proposing and monitoring corrective actions. Managing Self-Protection Plans, organizing drills, and training brigade teams. * CAE document management (experience with platforms such as Egesdoc, Ctaima, Ucacegi, 6conecta, Egestiona, etc. is valued). * Investigating accidents and preparing accident statistics reports. * Coordinating health surveillance with the SPA for nationwide medical examinations. * Implementing and monitoring annual health campaigns. * Providing ergonomic advice and workplace adaptations. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative roles. * Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) and environmental matters is desirable. **CORE COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * Communicative individual accustomed to teamwork. * High degree of organization and planning. * Proactive and internally customer-oriented. * Detail-oriented
