Ensure project delivery and compliance **PM Security Lead** For a major global Cyber Defense program, a **PM Security Lead** is being sought to drive and coordinate international cybersecurity initiatives focused on protecting web applications and digital assets. This role will play a key part in onboarding multiple entities to a corporate **Web Application Protection (WAF)** solution, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, securely, and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. ### **Key Responsibilities** Lead the end\-to\-end onboarding lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and transition to Business as Usual (BAU). Coordinate technical, business, product, and security teams across international environments. Manage project planning, including timelines, resources, budget tracking, and delivery milestones. Oversee administrative, contractual, and financial aspects related to each onboarding project. Identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure successful project execution. Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance policies. Prepare executive reporting, project dashboards, and progress tracking updates. Support stakeholder engagement and change management activities to facilitate solution adoption. Ensure a smooth handover to operations teams at the end of the onboarding phase. ### **Required Profile** ✅ 5\+ years of experience managing IT Security or Cybersecurity projects. ✅ Proven experience leading security solution deployments or integrations within international organizations. ✅ Strong understanding of **WAF (Web Application Firewall)** solutions and related web security technologies. ✅ Experience in project governance, risk management, financial tracking, and stakeholder management. ✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Product\-oriented organizations. ✅ Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams and senior stakeholders. ✅ Advanced level of English (mandatory).
