Our team consists of highly qualified professionals passionate about the energy transition, working together to build a more sustainable future. **Job Description:** At Eosol Group, we are looking to bring onboard an experienced and highly qualified **Safety Pilot** to join our team in supervising and implementing safety measures on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations as well as the company’s internal policies across all project phases. Prior experience on emergency works and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments will be highly valued. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Supervision and Control:** Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety and health plans, identify potential risks, and propose immediate corrective actions. * **Safety Coordination:** Coordinate activities among various trades present on-site to ensure a safe working environment, with special attention to accident prevention. * **Documentation Development:** Collaborate in drafting and updating safety plans, safe work procedures, and task-specific risk assessments. * **Training and Communication:** Deliver basic safety and health training to workers and communicate specific activity-related risks and preventive measures to be adopted. * **Incident Investigation:** Participate in investigations of accidents and incidents, determining root causes and proposing preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * **Permit Management:** Supervise and manage work permits, authorizations, and necessary documentation for critical or high-risk tasks. * **Oversight and Compliance:** Ensure that all personnel—both directly employed and subcontracted—comply with safety regulations and company guidelines. * **Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on the safety status of the site, identified incidents, and implemented actions. * **Emergency Site Support:** Availability to travel to the Gaucin \- Bobadilla emergency site in Málaga, as well as other locations as required by project needs. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ verifiable experience as a Safety Pilot or in similar roles, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors. * **Qualifications:** Official certification enabling performance of occupational health and safety functions (e.g., Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention, relevant specializations). * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of current Spanish occupational risk prevention legislation. * **Skills:** Analytical ability, proactivity, rigor, excellent communication skills, and capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively. * **Mobility:** Willingness to travel and stay overnight outside one’s usual residence when required, especially for the Gaucin \- Bobadilla site in Málaga. * **Competencies:** Results orientation, problem-solving ability, and strong work ethic. * **Languages:** Native or bilingual level of Spanish. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience managing safety on emergency construction sites. * Knowledge of the photovoltaic sector. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid, rapidly growing company in the renewable energy sector. * Opportunity to participate in large-scale, high-impact projects. * Dynamic and professional work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and merit. * Opportunities for professional development. **If you are a safety professional with vocation, experience, and enthusiasm to join a team committed to sustainability, we want to meet you!** **Keywords:** Safety Pilot, Boadilla, Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Prevention, Renewable Energy, Construction, Construction Site, Málaga, Gaucin, Bobadilla, Eosol Group.
