Currently, Fundació Vella Terra is seeking Physiotherapists for our elderly residence Ciutat de Sabadell, located in Sabadell. Your main responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments of individuals to identify issues and establish therapeutic objectives Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of treatments delivered Developing functional rehabilitation objectives and programs for residents Creating personalized environmental adaptation guidelines for each resident At Fundació Vella Terra, we support life projects and consider people our reason for being.
