Job Summary: We are seeking a physician for an elderly care residence, responsible for medical examinations, clinical care, medical follow-up and supervision, as well as management of the medical department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive medical care for elderly people 2. Monitoring and evaluation of assistance programs 3. Supervision of healthcare staff and diets Bell Resguard Residence offers a home for elderly people, providing a warm, family-like atmosphere on the first line of the sea. We are a properly equipped, adapted, and organized center catering to independent, dependent, bedridden individuals, and also feature a psychogeriatric unit. **Your Responsibilities:** We require a physician to join our residence; responsibilities include: – Conducting medical examinations for new residents and completing their corresponding medical histories and professional certifications, specifying the most appropriate lifestyle recommendations, necessary rehabilitation, and required treatment plans, if applicable. – Addressing residents’ healthcare needs: performing medical examinations and diagnoses, prescribing appropriate treatments in each case to implement preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative interventions based on residents’ clinical and functional diagnoses. – Informing family members about the resident’s health status. – Monitoring and evaluating assistance programs jointly with the multidisciplinary team involved. – Supporting on-site staff in cases of need or emergency. – As the head of the medical department, referring residents to hospitals or healthcare centers when the residence is unable to provide adequate care. – Participating in the resident supervision and monitoring committee regarding residents’ healthcare and daily living needs, collaborating with management, social workers, psychologists, and other professionals, according to residents’ physical conditions, objectives, and facility characteristics. – Planning and supervising residents’ menus and dietary plans. – Supervising healthcare staff’s work. **We Offer:** \- Employment type: Self-employed \- Working hours: 12 hours/week \- Schedule: Flexible — two days per week on-site (4 hours/day) plus telephone on-call duties. \- Salary: €1,000–€1,100 net per month. **Requirements:** \- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine.
