No matter your role, you will be part of a global community that values your ideas and empowers you to make your mark—both in your career and in the world around you. * Manage all payroll, social security, and tax processes for PepsiCo Spain employees accurately and on time. * Ensure adherence to deadlines established by PepsiCo Corporation and official agencies (Spanish Social Security and various Tax Authorities). * Guarantee compliance with legislative changes within the Organization’s payroll module. * Meet corporate requirements related to payroll process controls and balance sheet accounts assigned to Payroll. * Provide other company departments with necessary reports and information to ensure accurate financial statements. Responsibilities: * Verify, monitor, and ensure data integrity and completeness of end-to-end processing (payroll, social security, IRPF) for PepsiCo Spain employees. * Coordinate activities related to termination settlements and severance payments in accordance with current legislation. * Review payroll results against both fixed and variable compensation components incorporated into payroll, per applicable collective bargaining agreements and corresponding approvals. * Execute key payroll calculation processes (e.g., recalculating tax withholdings, social insurance contributions, bank transfers, payroll execution, etc.). * Ensure timely and accurate accounting of payroll-related transactions. * Prepare monthly reports for the Organization.
