Job Summary: This position focuses on executing the production plan, preparing materials, organizing products, and actively collaborating in process optimization and maintenance, demonstrating flexibility and versatility. Preparation and organization of materials for production Main Responsibilities: · Execute the production plan specified by your supervisor. · Perform duties across multiple areas within each business unit. · Maintain flexibility and versatility to appropriately carry out various production activities within the division/area. · Prepare raw materials, intermediate products, components, and packaging according to the production order and execute production. · Organize manufactured products according to their process status. · Report delays to supervisors. · Be aware of the product changeover plan in production. · Actively collaborate with preventive maintenance, reporting incidents to both the maintenance team and your supervisor. · Verify the proper functioning of the machine on which you work. · Report any anomalies occurring during the production process to your supervisor. · Notify your supervisor immediately in case of machine malfunction or breakdown, so they may inform maintenance. · Report non-conforming products generated during production to your supervisor. · Be capable, under supervision, of controlling the production process according to the assigned area/machine. · Collaborate in optimizing production sequencing, understanding the operation of the machine on which you work. · Complete the production control sheet. · Report completion of the manufacturing order process. · Ensure proper storage and handling of products throughout the manufacturing process. · Transport goods, if necessary, using lifting equipment to designated locations within the facility. · Load and unload materials required for production.
