Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Occupational Therapist to improve our users' quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions and interdisciplinary collaboration. Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Occupational Therapist eager to enhance the quality of life of our users across our network of day centers and residential facilities located throughout the Lleida region. Your primary role will be to assess, design, and implement tailored therapeutic interventions to maintain and improve users' functional, cognitive, and social autonomy across assigned facilities, closely collaborating with each center’s interdisciplinary teams. - Initial and ongoing assessment: Evaluate users’ functional, cognitive, and motor abilities using standardized scales and tools. - Intervention plan design: Develop individual and group occupational therapy programs (cognitive stimulation, psychomotor activities, activities of daily living – ADLs). - Teamwork: Coordinate with physiotherapy, nursing, psychology, and center management teams to provide comprehensive care. - Documentation and follow-up: Maintain up-to-date clinical records and user progress reports.
