The **mission of this position** is to ensure a safe and healthy work environment by leading the implementation and continuous improvement of occupational risk prevention across the organization. The primary objective is to minimize workplace accidents, ensure legal compliance, and foster a robust preventive culture aligned with the company’s values and strategic goals. **What will you do?** * Assess risks and propose preventive actions to improve working conditions and reduce workplace accidents. * Coordinate and deliver occupational health and safety training, fostering a safety culture among teams. * Manage the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ensuring its updating, maintenance, and legal compliance. * Participate in internal and external audits, as well as emergency plans and drills. * Advise on coordination of business activities (CBA) and review applicable legal requirements. * Drive organizational and process improvements that contribute to prevention and operational efficiency. * Conduct hygiene measurements (noise, vibrations, biological agents, chemicals, physical agents, etc.). * Report the most relevant Occupational Health and Safety KPIs to senior management. **Requirements** -------------- * University degree and Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (covering all three specialties). * Minimum of 2\-3 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred, especially in industrial, technical, or highly regulated compliance environments. * Demonstrable experience in implementing and maintaining occupational health and safety management systems according to ISO 45001\. * Valid EU driving license (Category B), with availability for travel within the province of Barcelona and occasional visits to Zaragoza and other areas of Catalonia. **Additional Information** ------------------------- **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Being part of a leading organization in the environmental sector. * Professional growth within the organization.
