Description

This position focuses on the finishing process for silicone-manufactured components. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the quality standards established by the company and its customers. Tasks include assembly and sealing operations, using both manual tools and specialized equipment to ensure joint integrity and durability. The job requires constant attention to detail, as each part must undergo visual inspection to detect any imperfections or defects before being considered complete. This role is fundamental within the production chain, directly contributing to the delivery of high-quality products. The work environment is industrial and dynamic, where precision and efficiency are key values. Work is carried out in a system that values meticulousness and the ability to rigorously follow established procedures. Initial training will be provided, enabling the new hire to become familiar with the specific processes and tools associated with the position. Working hours are structured in rotating shifts to meet production requirements, implying adaptability to different schedules. The primary objective is to maintain a consistent and efficient workflow, ensuring that each processed component meets the required technical specifications for subsequent use or customer delivery. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, under a rotating shift system covering the time slots 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00\. No prior industry-specific knowledge is required for this position, as the company provides necessary training. Punctuality, responsibility, and adaptability to schedule changes are valued. The work environment is industrial, with priority given to compliance with established safety and quality standards. Manual dexterity and prior experience in tasks requiring hand agility and precision—such as workshops, crafts, assembly lines, or artisanal work—are required. Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting to the workplace. Candidates must demonstrate a detail-oriented attitude and the ability to follow assembly drawings and meticulously inspect finished products. The minimum academic qualification required is Compulsory Secondary Education.
