Then this position is for you: **you could be our next ***Group Leader*****!** At Language Kingdom, we are seeking **dynamic, resourceful, responsible monitors with excellent interpersonal skills when working with teenagers and teaching staff**, capable of delivering safe and enriching experiences during our overseas language programs. Your primary mission will be to **ensure the group’s well-being throughout the entire stay**, acting as the **on-site representative of Language Kingdom** toward international schools, host families, and local service providers. **WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A GROUP LEADER?** **1\. Logistical and operational support on-site** * Serve as the visible representative of Language Kingdom in the destination country. * Manage unforeseen situations, always prioritizing the group’s safety and well-being. * Enhance and energize the program by contributing materials or resources when necessary. * Monitor program quality and collaborate with local service providers. * Prepare periodic, detailed reports on the progress of the stay. * Coordinate accommodations and ensure all arrangements function properly. **2\. Coordination and communication** * Maintain continuous communication with our offices in Spain. * Act as the liaison between the group, the international school, and Language Kingdom. * Accompany, encourage, and supervise academic and cultural activities. **REQUIREMENTS** **Three essential requirements** * Have completed—or be nearing completion of—a **degree related to languages or education**, or possess **prior experience working with teenagers**. * **C1 level of English** * **Availability during the last week of August and/or the first fortnight of September.** **Additionally, the following will be highly valued:** * Having completed an **Erasmus** program or other international experience. * Knowledge of other languages (especially **French**). * Holding the official **Youth and Leisure Activities Monitor certification**. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving ability. * Highly developed social skills and a strong commitment to the organization. **BENEFITS OF THE POSITION** * **Fixed-term intermittent contract**, adapted to your availability. * Opportunity to travel as much as you wish: from once a month to continuous assignments. * **Gross weekly salary of €457.** * **Accommodation, transportation, and meals included**, both in Spain (if applicable) and at the destination. * **Pocket money** provided during each stay. * Ideal work experience for your CV if you come from education, languages, or social work backgrounds. * A young, dynamic, and multicultural working environment.
