**The magic returns to Bilbao! On the occasion of the 7th edition of the Christmas City, we are looking for monitors and public service staff for the different attractions (ice rink and sledding slide).** Your mission will be to offer visitors the best possible experience, ensuring their enjoyment, safety, and satisfaction at all times. We are looking for committed, responsible individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy interacting with the public and can work as part of a team in a dynamic environment. **Main responsibilities of monitor:** * Distribution and collection of skates or sleds * Basic maintenance and cleaning of facilities * Attending and informing visitors about regulations, schedules, online tickets, etc. * Access control and ticket validation * Supervising compliance with safety rules * Rotation of duties within the same shift **Main responsibilities of ticket booth staff:** * Selling tickets at the booth * Opening/closing cash register and revenue control * Attending and informing visitors about regulations, schedules, etc. * Assisting with other tasks **Requirements:** * Bilingual level in Basque and Spanish * Experience as a leisure monitor, customer service, and/or ticket or cash register sales * **Full availability** to work during the event, including **weekends and holidays** (11/21/2025 – 01/06/2026\) **Other valued aspects:** * Experience as a leisure monitor at family and/or large-scale events * Knowledge of foreign languages * Experience in recreational and children's facilities **Important:** * We need staff with full availability throughout the event dates * If you are a student and have evenings, weekends, the December holiday break, and non-academic periods available, we count on you! * We offer full-time, 30-hour, or 20-hour contracts. * Work is scheduled according to a weekly rotating shift based on visitor attendance * On December 24 and 31, we open in the morning; you must have availability * On December 25 and January 1, we open in the afternoon; you must have availability * We need committed, punctual, and responsible individuals Job type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract Salary: 16.576,00€ per year Application questions: * Are you interested in a 20/30-hour weekly contract? * Considering the job description, what would be your availability between November 21 and January 6?
