We are looking for a **Marketing Trainee** to join the **Immunoderma** team, supporting the biological product portfolio in **Psoriasis and Atopic Dermatitis**. You will work with strategic brands for the company and participate in executing the 2026 Tactical Plan, closely collaborating with Product, Sales, Medical, and external agencies. This is an ideal opportunity to develop your career in the pharmaceutical industry and learn in an innovative and highly specialized environment. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * **Market analysis** for psoriasis and atopic dermatitis: segments, competitors, market dynamics, opportunities, and differentiation strategies. * **In-depth knowledge of the Immunoderma portfolio:** product positioning, brand strategy, and communication. * **Competitor monitoring:** campaigns, key messages, presence at congresses, clinical studies, new indications, etc. * **Use of digital marketing tools**, such as PowerBI, Veeva, Shamango, among others. * **Support in executing the 2026 Tactical Plan**, including events, internal and external communication initiatives, and cross-functional projects. * **Coordination with Product Managers and cross-functional teams** to ensure implementation of key projects. * **Participation in developing promotional materials** for the sales force (CLM, VAEs, slide kits, leave-behinds, etc.). * **Development of briefings and liaison with creative and event management agencies.** * **Preparation of internal presentations** and development of communication skills. * **Understanding of the Compliance framework**, as well as the regulatory and market access environment in Spain. **Required Profile** --------------------- * Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Health Sciences or related fields. * Interest in the pharmaceutical sector and strategic marketing. * Analytical skills and ability to handle complex information. * Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail. * Advanced level of English. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools (PowerBI is a plus) **What We Offer?** ------------------- * Involvement in strategic projects within a high-impact area. * Opportunity to work with differentiated biological products and an expert team. * Collaborative, dynamic environment with continuous mentoring. * Paid internship + benefits according to Almirall’s policy.
