CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC operator to program, set up, and operate CNC machinery in the woodworking industry, performing machining operations, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Working with advanced CNC machinery (Biesse, Homag, SCM) 2. Performing complex wood machining operations 3. Interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing orders We are looking for a CNC operator to work with CNC machinery in the woodworking industry. Duties include programming and adjusting programs for machines such as Biesse, Homag, or SCM; preparing tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters according to each job; and performing machining operations including milling, drilling, cutting, and profiling on solid wood, panels, or engineered wood products. Interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing orders, verifying dimensions, tolerances, and finishes, performing preventive maintenance, and monitoring the condition of parts and tools are also required—all in accordance with workshop safety protocols. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift from 08:00 to 18:00, with breaks established by law. * Prior experience in a similar position. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable.
