The main responsibilities will be as follows: + Opening and closing of facilities and access control. + Mail and parcel management: receiving, registering, and distributing letters, packages, and official notifications. + In-person and telephone support for the educational community. + Preventive maintenance of facilities: conducting inspection rounds to identify potential faults or breakdowns in the facilities. + Basic repairs: (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing dripping taps, minor furniture repairs, painting, etc.). + Coordination with external service providers: notifying and supervising specialized technicians or companies for major repairs. + Cleaning and organizing common areas (including outdoor courtyards). + General facility maintenance: classrooms, hallways, restrooms, courtyards, etc. **Requirements** -------------- * **Requirements:** Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Electricity or equivalent **Contract Information** ------------------------ * **Working Hours:** Full-time; Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term \+ Permanent * **Salary:** €23\.492 gross annual salary (14 payments) ##### **Share this job offer**
