Job Description
Seniors is an integrated network of residential care facilities specializing in the care and support of elderly people. It adopts a life-story-centered approach, supported by a specialized team that provides close, professional attention, as well as rehabilitation units, disease prevention services, and health programs. Currently, the company comprises a team of over 1\.400 professionals delivering care across 50 centers nationwide.
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our facility located in Lanjarón.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on facility installations.
Ensure proper operation and preservation of equipment and installations.
Carry out actions established in the company’s Maintenance Plan.
Identify and resolve basic malfunctions and incidents related to electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and furniture.
Monitor the general condition of installations and report possible repair needs.
Control and track mandatory periodic inspections.
Collaborate with external maintenance companies when required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and energy efficiency standards.
Maintain order and proper use of tools, materials, and technical storage areas.
Provide technical support to various departments within the facility as needed.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Preference will be given to candidates holding a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in Electricity and Electronics and/or an Advanced-Level Vocational Training qualification in Maintenance and Production Services.
Proactive and empathetic individual.
Valid driver’s license required.
Previous experience in similar roles is valued.
