**Your main responsibilities:**
* **Assess** children, adolescents, and young people from a speech therapy perspective, identifying their specific needs.
* **Design and implement** fully individualized intervention programs in coordination with families and the school environment.
* **Provide direct intervention** for language, speech, communication, orofacial functions, swallowing, and other neurodevelopmental difficulties.
* **Prepare and draft** corresponding evaluation, follow-up, and discharge reports for each patient.
* **Coordinate** necessary actions while maintaining smooth communication with tutors, physicians, counselors, families, and other healthcare professionals at the center.
**Essential requirements:**
* **Academic qualification:** A Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy is mandatory.
* **Official accreditation:** Valid and up-to-date professional registration.
* **Proven experience:** Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience delivering direct interventions with children and adolescents.
* **Location:** Current residence in Madrid or surrounding areas to attend the center in person.
* **Key skills:** Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and empathy. (Additional training in Early Intervention, Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Language Impairment, or Augmentative and Alternative Communication will be highly valued.)
