




* Must possess a high-risk food handler’s certificate * Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness of all surfaces within their area, keeping the cleaning manual up-to-date and in perfect condition. Wash and dry cutlery, glassware, and tableware. * Classify and properly dispose of waste, ensuring compliance with recycling and waste regulations. * Ensure all workstations are supplied with necessary materials and utensils during service. * Work in close collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team to facilitate an efficient and coordinated service. * Take responsibility for cleaning products, including their storage, organization, proper use, and monitoring consumption; ensure they are always stored in accordance with sanitary regulations. * Faithfully follow supervisors' instructions and apply established cleaning and disinfection schedules. * Supervise all tasks specified in the APPCC manual and clearly sign each action with a legible name. * Ensure that both materials and equipment in their area are in perfect cleaning condition after each production shift, and that internal and external areas are organized and clean according to the current APPCC manual standards. * Have thorough knowledge of the appropriate use and specific quantities of each product posing high risk to health. * Faithfully follow instructions from direct supervisor, be properly uniformed and protected according to the risks associated with each task. * Faithfully follow scheduled working hours and work orders in order to fulfill the facility's cleaning and disinfection plan. * Report any incidents that may arise during duties to the main responsible person or department manager. * Receive and organize deliveries of cleaning supplies.
