The role requires approximately: * **60% as Technical Leader** * **40% as Service Manager** **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Technical Leadership**: Act as the team’s technical reference point, defining development best practices, reviewing code, and supporting technical decision-making on .NET-based solutions and application architecture.* **Service Management**: Coordinate proper service delivery, ensuring quality standards, incident tracking, SLA compliance, and smooth communication with various stakeholders.* **Team Management and Coordination**: Lead the development team, facilitating work organization, task prioritization, and team members’ technical growth.* **Application Architecture and Lifecycle Support**: Participate in the design, evolution, and maintenance of solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.* **Client and Internal Stakeholder Liaison**: Serve as the key contact point between clients, business units, and technical teams, translating functional requirements into viable technical solutions.* **Continuous Improvement Initiatives**: Identify opportunities for process, tool, and workflow improvements, proposing initiatives that enhance service efficiency and quality.**Moreover, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * **Azure DevOps Server** (agent configuration). * **Pipeline configuration in Azure DevOps Server**. * **TFS**. * **SonarQube**. * **Identity Server**. * **API Management**. * **Agile methodologies (Agile)**.
