The professional in charge will have full oversight of the cutting process, supervising each stage from initial machine setup to final part finishing. This supervision ensures products meet technical specifications and established quality standards. Work takes place in a dynamic industrial environment where precision and efficiency are fundamental. The ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing orders is crucial, as these serve as the primary guides for executing each task. Additionally, the role demands autonomous work management, making operational decisions to maintain production flow. Continuous process supervision also involves real-time adjustments to correct any deviations and ensure output consistency. In summary, this position is vital within the production flow, directly contributing to the manufacture of high-precision, high-quality metal components. This position offers an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. The annual base salary is €23,500, supplemented by additional allowances. Working hours are organized into rotating monthly shifts, alternating between day and night shifts. The day shift runs from 06:00 to 14:00, while the night shift operates from 22:00 to 06:00. This monthly rotation is designed to distribute workload evenly. Conditions include integration into an industrial environment focused on mechanical manufacturing. At least one year of experience operating laser cutting equipment is required. Experience with alternative cutting technologies—such as waterjet or plasma—is also valuable. Practical knowledge of specific machinery brands—including Trumpf or TCI—is necessary. Candidates must be capable of working autonomously, following detailed technical drawings and manufacturing orders. Vocational training (FP) at intermediate level in related fields will be considered favorably. Furthermore, flexibility in working hours is required to adapt to monthly rotating shifts.
