Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive .NET Developer to design, maintain, and optimize applications, implementing technical solutions in an agile and multidisciplinary environment. We are more than 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-like culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. **We are looking for: .NET Developer** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and optimize applications based on .NET technologies under layered architectures. * Implement and consume Web Services, APIs, and frontend components using modern frameworks. * Design, query, and optimize SQL Server databases, including medium- and high-complexity queries. * Actively participate in agile methodologies (SCRUM), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * Independently research, propose, and execute technical solutions, maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach. * Apply best programming practices, code versioning, and documentation standards. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Minimum 3–4 years of professional .NET development experience. * Solid knowledge of ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core. * Experience with JavaScript, AJAX/jQuery, HTML/CSS, Foundation/Bootstrap, and Angular. * Proficiency in LINQ, layered architecture, MVC controls (Helpers), and source control tools. * Experience with SQL Server: database design, exploitation, and development of medium- and complex-level queries. * Experience working with agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM, and tools such as Jira. * Ability to independently research, solve problems, and work proactively and autonomously. **Desirable:** * Additional experience in performance optimization and security best practices. * Certifications related to .NET technologies or agile methodologies. * Knowledge of design patterns or modern architectures. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options. * Personalized career plan and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs Learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
