When we refer to a Project Manager, we envision someone accustomed to client communication, capable of estimating team workload, and highly aware of delivery deadlines… In short, a person with the necessary competence to **successfully drive a project forward—coordinating the team effectively, controlling costs, and maximizing client satisfaction**. ### **Client Management** ### **Team Management** ### **Scrum, PMI** ### **Leadership, Planning** ### **English** ### **Project Requirements** ### **We Seek Candidates Who Meet the Following Requirements:** At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in web applications Prior technical experience, e.g., as a developer or analyst Experience gathering functional and non-functional client requirements Ability to lead both the team and the client toward project success Advanced user of tools such as Microsoft Project and expert knowledge of project management methodologies Fluency in English (minimum level: Cambridge First) A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering; alternatively, a Technical Engineering or Bachelor’s degree plus a Master’s in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) ### **You’ll Be Our Ideal Candidate If, Additionally:** You truly love your work!
