We are currently recruiting a **Base Manager** for Operations to lead and coordinate daily activities, ensuring efficient and standards-aligned operations.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Supervise daily base operations, ensuring proper shift planning, fleet allocation, and compliance with operational standards.
* Lead, coordinate, and support the assigned team, managing shift scheduling, vacation planning, and staff performance.
* Analyze and monitor key operational KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities to optimize base efficiency and profitability.
* Oversee fleet availability, condition, and utilization, ensuring correct operational functionality and adherence to established procedures.
* Coordinate management of charging points and related resources for the electric fleet, optimizing their usage.
* Manage relationships with and monitor key suppliers related to maintenance, vehicle cleaning, refueling, and operational infrastructure.
* Prepare activity reports and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, digitalization efforts, and process optimization.

**Requirements:**

* Degree in Logistics, Operations, or Transport-related fields.
* Minimum two years’ prior experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is highly valued.
* Leadership and team organization capabilities.
* Knowledge of operational management strategies.
