We are looking for individuals with solid Java knowledge to participate in team decision-making, propose ideas, and improve product development processes. You will lead a small working team. You will promote good development practices not only at a technical level but also throughout the software development lifecycle (organization, task distribution, teamwork, ...). You will work with the Spring Framework and its related components (Spring Security, Spring Data, ...), layered architectures, design patterns, and front-end libraries. **Requirements** To feel comfortable in the project, ideally you should have at least 6 years of experience in Java technologies, as this is the language used in the applications. Some of the technologies and tools used in our tech stack include Spring Framework, REST and SOAP services, messaging brokers, JQuery, front-end libraries/frameworks (Vue, Angular, React), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, GitLab, SonarQube. But above all, we are looking for people who understand the software development concepts they work with, to get the most out of the technologies and tools. You will be supported by your colleagues so that you always know how to act, while being given the autonomy you need. We offer flexible working arrangements including remote work possibilities, but we value closeness and like meeting in person a few days per week.
