Drive the evolution of SFC’s digital solutions by managing IT projects from start to finish and ensuring every delivery delivers real business value. The IT Product Manager acts as the liaison between technology and internal departments, guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and alignment with the digital transformation strategy. Your key responsibilities: Manage IT projects from definition through to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and scope. Coordinate internal and external teams, facilitating communication with vendors and business units. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, value, and SFC’s needs. Oversee functional and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and traceability. Apply agile methodologies, managing backlogs, ceremonies, and progress tracking. Ensure solution quality by collaborating with development, testing, and support teams. Analyze business needs and propose continuous improvements and optimizations. Manage the allocated Capex (€250K) with a focus on efficiency and budgetary control. We would love to meet you if you have: Experience in IT project management. Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira). Strong analytical ability, results orientation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with the retail sector and technological processes.
