Accompany, support, and collaborate with beneficiaries in their daily tasks and responsibilities within the field of international protection. Key duties include preparing and welcoming beneficiaries at the facility, participating in setting up rooms and other common areas. Daily accompaniment is also provided to assist with managing everyday life, promoting each individual's autonomy. Risk situations are monitored and addressed, and support is given in managing daily routines and administrative procedures such as medical appointments, official paperwork, shopping, or searching for housing and employment. Community life is actively fostered by organizing and conducting workshops and leisure activities, as well as assemblies that encourage coexistence and learning. Collaboration is also required in maintaining order and safety at the facility, providing assistance during emergencies, and mediating conflicts. Additionally, support is provided in the dining area when needed, as well as in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, form-filling, and inventory control. The position requires coordination with the technical team and participation in meetings, training sessions, or educational events. Availability for the facility’s emergency response system is mandatory, including on-call telephone duty or intervention in urgent situations. The contract is a full-time training and learning contract, with an annual gross salary between 18\.001 and 24\.000 euros.
