Objective
Carrying out social intervention activities and accompaniment in residential facilities for women survivors of human trafficking or exploitation, as well as for their minor children, across various aspects of daily life, to support recovery and foster autonomy.
**Area:** Women and Anti-Trafficking
**Main Responsibilities:**
Preparation and reception of beneficiaries and their minor children at the facility.
Distribution of hygiene supplies and assistance materials.
Guidance and accompaniment for women in situations of vulnerability or at risk of social exclusion.
Analysis, identification, and diagnostic assessment of each beneficiary’s/family’s needs, coordinated with the educator and social worker.
Support and/or accompaniment in managing daily routines, cleaning schedules, and various administrative tasks (medical appointments, official procedures, shopping, etc.) for participants, to enhance learning and promote autonomy.
Design, planning, and facilitation of group workshops to develop personal and social skills and acquire new knowledge relevant to the host society. Monitoring individual pathways in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Conflict resolution and crisis intervention.
Planning of leisure and free-time activities.
Group intervention through assemblies and other activities that foster harmonious coexistence and resolve conflicts arising from shared living, coordinated with the social educator.
Supervision of learning related to nutrition, daily routines, hygiene, schedules, rhythms, spaces, etc., for participants and their dependent minors.
Recording interventions in appropriate tools.
Support in job and housing searches, coordinated with technical staff.
Participation in internal coordination and training meetings.
Tasks assigned by coordination.
Supporting participants’ work–family balance (leisure and free-time activities with minors).
**Profile:**
Higher Vocational Training in Social Integration
**Contract:** Temporary until 12/31/2026, with possible extension depending on funding
**Working hours:** 20 hours per week
**Applicable Collective Agreement:** National Social Action and Intervention Agreement

**Schedule:** Afternoon shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 3:00–8:00 PM, and Saturdays, 4:00–9:00 PM
