Key Responsibilities Coordinate material receipt and dispatch, verifying quantities, references, and documentation. Organize and supervise daily operations across various storage areas. Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy of all movements recorded in the system. Assign materials to projects and guarantee their timely delivery to the Production department. Prepare materials for manufacturing orders, suppliers, subcontractors, and shipments. Track incoming and outgoing materials according to the weekly delivery plan. Supervise correct identification, labeling, storage location, and preservation of materials. Coordinate periodic inventory counts and analyze potential discrepancies.
