We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual accustomed to working in industrial environments, with experience leading teams, managing inventories, and using ERP systems. This position reports directly to the Procurement Manager and plays a key role in coordinating activities among warehouse, procurement, production, suppliers, and subcontracted companies. What will be your mission? Ensure efficient warehouse operations by guaranteeing accurate receipt, identification, storage location, control, and supply of materials required for each manufacturing project. Key Responsibilities Coordinate material receipt and dispatch, verifying quantities, references, and documentation. Organize and supervise daily operations across various storage areas. Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy of all movements recorded in the system. Assign materials to projects and guarantee their timely delivery to the Production department. Prepare materials for manufacturing orders, suppliers, subcontractors, and shipments. Track incoming and outgoing materials according to the weekly delivery plan. Supervise correct identification, labeling, storage location, and preservation of materials. Coordinate periodic inventory counts and analyze potential discrepancies. Manage replenishment of spare parts, consumables, and commonly used materials. Organize warehouse zones to optimize space, travel routes, and preparation time. Supervise, assign tasks to, and monitor the performance of the team under your responsibility. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and proper waste segregation. Vocational training at intermediate or higher level in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum five years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor, team leader, or warehouse manager. Mandatory experience in industrial companies, preferably engaged in machinery manufacturing, capital equipment, or project-based production. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems. Experience with material or production planning modules—such as MRP—is highly valued. Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes. Experience coordinating and supervising warehouse teams. Strong planning, leadership, organizational, and incident-resolution capabilities.
