This Industrial Production Assistant position is designed to integrate into the operations department of our plant, performing essential tasks to ensure continuity and efficiency of the production process. The primary role involves supporting various stages of the assembly line, including supplying production lines with necessary manufacturing materials and operating forklift trucks for managing and transporting goods within the warehouse and production areas. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for quality inspection throughout the entire production process, identifying potential deviations in manufactured products and ensuring compliance with established standards before proceeding to subsequent assembly stages—significantly contributing to reduced defects and material losses in the final output. Another key responsibility includes material preparation, which entails organizing, sorting, and arranging required components for workstations, thereby optimizing preparation time and facilitating continuous daily operations. This position is critical to maintaining production pace, as any interruption in material supply or equipment handling may impact overall plant productivity; thus, a proactive, detail-oriented operational profile is required. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, involving teamwork where constant coordination and communication are essential to achieving set production targets—and where each member directly contributes to smooth facility operations. The offered salary is €10.50 per hour, with an initial three-month contract and the possibility of subsequent integration into the company’s permanent workforce. Working hours are from Monday to Friday under a rotating schedule: morning shift from 6:30 to 14:30, afternoon shift from 14:20 to 22:30, and night shift from 22:30 to 6:30. For this position, a valid forklift operator’s license and at least six months of prior experience operating front-end forklifts are required. Immediate availability and possession of a personal vehicle for work-related travel are mandatory. Regarding academic qualifications, no minimum educational requirements are specified; however, practical knowledge related to industrial machinery operation and basic logistics management—enabling rapid adaptation to assigned functions in the production environment—is valued.
