Focus on continuous improvement and resource optimization We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager for a major food industry company in Murcia. Reporting to the maintenance team, you will be responsible for all industrial maintenance activities (corrective, preventive, and predictive). **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Develop and monitor execution of the maintenance plan * Ensure availability and capacity of production lines required to meet company management objectives * Manage and optimize the maintenance budget, including expenditure control within the maintenance area * Ensure proper functioning of spare parts inventory * Implement and monitor maintenance procedures to standardize service delivery * Ensure correct management of maintenance-related documentation * Promote timely continuous improvement initiatives to achieve objectives * Manage and coordinate human resources * Ensure compliance with internal occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations in the maintenance area **REQUIREMENTS** * We seek a candidate with team management experience; coordinator-level experience is required. Prior experience in similar roles is also mandatory * A rigorous individual with initiative and autonomy in problem-solving * Ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team * Essential knowledge of industrial installations: refrigeration and electronics * Proficiency in maintenance control tools is mandatory **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract * Salary: approx. €50\-60K * Working hours: Monday to Friday Reclut is a boutique recruitment and headhunting consultancy.
