The professional assigned to this position will be responsible for efficiently performing adjustments and format changes on packaging and conditioning machinery, including processes such as filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, and wrapping. These tasks require precision to ensure production continuity and minimize downtime. Additionally, the role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance across the entire plant, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical failures that may occur during operations. Continuous supervision of production lines is essential to identify potential faults before they cause significant disruptions, ensuring optimal performance during each shift. Another key responsibility is maintaining detailed records of all interventions performed, enabling a comprehensive maintenance history for analysis and continuous improvement. This record includes notes on repairs, adjustments, and technical observations—critical for traceability and quality control. Collaboration on continuous improvement projects is an integral part of the role, focusing on reducing technical stoppages, optimizing shift handover processes, and ensuring strict compliance with established safety, order, and quality standards in the industrial environment. The position also entails coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient plant operation, fostering a collaborative work environment. Working hours are organized on a full-time basis under a rotating shift system to ensure service coverage and uninterrupted plant operation. Flexible working hours are mandatory to accommodate scheduled shifts. The offered remuneration is competitive and falls within an annual gross range of twenty-two thousand to twenty-seven thousand euros, depending on the candidate’s experience and competencies. Employment will be through a stable project, with direct integration into a highly collaborative and dynamic team, in a work environment that promotes professional development. Academic qualifications required include a Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or equivalent fields, along with a minimum of three to five years’ proven experience in industrial technical maintenance roles on advanced automated production or packaging lines. Essential technical knowledge includes solid experience in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, and industrial automation.
