We want curious, humble people with ambition to do things better—every single day. ### **\uD83D\uDCAA What You’ll Do at Octopus** * Support **customization, development, and integration of applications in Zoho**, tailoring them to business needs. * Configure and customize the CRM—including building custom modules, fields, workflows, and validation rules. * Provide **technical support** to internal teams, resolving incidents and improving processes. * Develop and automate scripts to optimize repetitive tasks. * Implement integrations with other tools via **APIs and Zoho Flow**, or similar platforms. * Collaborate on developing **custom applications**, and continuously improve our internal tools. * Generate analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making. * **Document processes and train teams** on using and customizing Zoho. ### **\uD83D\uDCDD What You’ll Need** * **Experience**: 2 years in CRM development or technical support, ideally with **Zoho**. * **Technical skills**: Programming, script automation, API integration, and report generation. * **Analytical ability and teamwork**: You collaborate effectively and propose data-driven solutions. * **Autonomy and proactivity**: You independently manage technical projects and optimize processes. * **Languages**: Native Spanish and professional English. * **️ Job Conditions** * \uD83C\uDFE0 **Office location:** Valencia or Madrid—hybrid format. * **\uD83D\uDC4B\uD83C\uDFFC Start date:** Immediate. * **\uD83D\uDCDD Contract type:** Permanent. * + **Working hours:** Full-time. * **\uD83D\uDCB6 Salary:** Wondering about the salary for this role?
