Mercer Hoteles continues to grow, and therefore we require a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team in Madrid. * **Previous experience** in hotel room cleaning, preferably in 5-star establishments. * Knowledge of **room, bathroom, and assigned area cleaning and disinfection**. * Ability to work with **speed, organization, and attention to detail**, maintaining the hotel’s quality standards. * Familiarity with **cleaning products and tools**, and their correct usage. * Ability to **make beds, change bed linens and towels, replenish amenities**, and prepare rooms for guest arrivals. * Adherence to **hygiene, safety, and occupational risk prevention protocols**. * Good **appearance, etiquette, and respectful interaction** with guests. * Ability to work **collaboratively** with housekeepers, supervisors, and other hotel staff. * **Flexible availability**, including weekends and holidays, according to hotel shift schedules. * Required language: Spanish.
