Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeper: * Ensure rooms, common areas, and hallways are always clean, tidy, and ready to welcome our guests. * Adhere to the hotel’s cleaning and presentation standards, ensuring a memorable experience from the very first moment. * Respond promptly and courteously to any guest requests during their stay. * Proactively report any incidents or defects in rooms or facilities. * Collaborate with the team to optimize time and resources while maintaining a positive work environment. * Follow company-established hygiene, safety, and prevention protocols.
