Requires organization, communication, empathy, and teamwork Coordination and management of home care services in the San Martín and San Andreu areas of Barcelona. The responsible person organizes routes for family workers and caregivers to ensure quality, needs-based care for each user, guaranteeing their well-being and service continuity. Responsibilities include planning services and adjusting routes due to absences or incidents; managing substitutes by verifying availability and coordinating vacations; communicating changes to users and their families; maintaining continuous contact with the professional team; recording incidents and updating databases; performing administrative tasks related to planning; and contributing to continuous improvement to optimize processes and satisfaction. Required competencies include organizational ability, communication and active listening skills, empathy, conflict resolution, teamwork, and coordination. We offer a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 to 15:00, with one day from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00\. Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent, 37-hour weekly working hours. Vocational training or Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle. Proficiency in computer tools and database management. Social Integration training or similar is desirable. One year of relevant experience is recommended. Positive consideration will be given to candidates who have completed training courses related to promoting equality, as well as courses related to elderly care, patient care, patient mobilization, etc.
