**What will be your mission?**
As **Head of Studies**, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Studies Department, ensuring the technical and economic quality of proposals, optimizing departmental resources, and guaranteeing achievement of the company’s strategic and profitability objectives.
**What would your day-to-day look like?**
* You will **lead, organize, and coordinate the Studies team**, ensuring appropriate planning and workload distribution.
* You will **supervise and validate technical and economic studies** prepared by the department prior to submission.
* You will **define the proposal preparation strategy** jointly with company management.
* You will **coordinate involvement of various departments** contributing to proposal development to ensure consistency and quality.
* You will **assess the technical, economic, and financial viability of projects**, identifying risks and opportunities.
* You will **lead negotiation and validation of key proposals** with strategic suppliers and subcontractors.
* You will drive **continuous improvement of departmental processes, procedures, and tools**.
* You will establish performance and monitoring indicators to ensure departmental efficiency and competitiveness.
* You will participate in meetings with clients and strategic partners when required by the project.
* You will provide **technical and strategic support to management** in decision-making regarding new business opportunities.
* You will promote the team’s professional development by identifying training needs and encouraging knowledge transfer.
* You will ensure compliance with the company’s established standards of quality, profitability, and excellence.

**Requirements:**

**Who are we looking for? You are the person we seek if:**
* You hold a degree in **Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering**, or a related field.
* You have previous experience exceeding **8 years in Studies Departments** within the construction sector.
* You bring at least **1 or 2 years of experience leading teams** or Studies Departments.
* You have experience in hospitality, retail, landmark building, or turnkey projects.
* You possess advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD, Presto, Project, and Microsoft Office suite**.
* You demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities.
* You are a strategic thinker, business-oriented, and capable of sound decision-making.
* You possess negotiation and communication skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* You have an advanced level of English or French (an asset).
* You are results-driven and accustomed to working in dynamic, high-demand environments.
