We are expanding our monitoring team: this position already exists and is fully operational, with colleagues who will train you from day one. The job, in one sentence: the traffic manager plans, and you verify whether reality matches the plan—and when it doesn’t, you detect it before anyone else does. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Monitor in real time the transit of assigned trucks and verify that each trip proceeds as planned. * Calculate and monitor estimated arrival times, and report relevant incidents. * Anticipate problems before they occur. Real-life daily example: you detect that a driver will not have completed their mandatory rest break before loading at 06:00; you alert the on-duty traffic manager, who then replans the trip. Your timely alert is what saves the cargo. * Communicate constantly with drivers—in Romanian. They are your eyes on the road, and you are theirs in the office. WHAT WE REQUIRE * Spanish and Romanian—both are mandatory. 90% of your conversations will be with Romanian drivers. * Minimum 3 months of experience in monitoring or traffic operations. We will train you on all our operational procedures. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Own vehicle or realistic ability to reach Figueruelas every day.
