We are seeking geroculturists for a municipal geriatric residence. We are looking for responsible, empathetic individuals with a vocation for caring for and accompanying elderly people in their daily lives at a municipal gerontological center. You will be part of a professional team committed to high-quality, person-centered care. \- Attend to and accompany residents in their daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, mobility, etc.). \- Provide emotional support and promote personal autonomy. \- Collaborate with the nursing team and other professionals at the center. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in personal and common areas. \- Participate in wellness activities and programs. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. \- Prior experience in the socio-healthcare field or in elderly residences will be valued. \- Ability to work in a team, empathy, and respect. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING DIPLOMA (FP) * Competencies / knowledge: Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications: \- Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. \- FP Technician Degree in Care for Dependent Persons. \- Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Socio-Healthcare. \- Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Auxiliary Nursing Care. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1552' to '1615' * Other relevant information: 3-month probationary contract followed by an indefinite-term contract. Annual gross salary of 18\.632,46€, paid in 12 installments (1\.552,71 € each) \+ an additional 21,56€ for each Sunday or public holiday worked. Variable compensation consisting of a bonus equivalent to 6.08% of the annual gross salary (1\.132,85€), or its proportional monthly share, paid in two installments in January and July each year, provided that the employee has met individual performance objectives. Daily shifts of 7 hours (from 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM), Monday through Friday \+ one Saturday and one Sunday per month
