Description
We are seeking a gerocultor or gerocultora who wishes to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of older adults. The role involves accompanying them in their daily lives, providing close, respectful, and person-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include supporting residents with daily activities and basic care, such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility. You must also monitor any changes in their physical or emotional condition and participate in individualized care plans. Work is carried out in coordination with other professionals at the facility, maintaining smooth communication both with residents and their families. Additionally, you must document each person's daily progress to ensure continuity of care.
Available shifts are from 7:45 to 14:45 or from 14:45 to 21:45, and the position is full-time. The contract is temporary.

**Education:**
Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions, or Vocational Training as a Nursing Assistant Technician or Socio-Healthcare Technician
