A private regulated training center is seeking a teaching staff member for transversal Professional Training subjects to carry out the teaching duties inherent to this position within the center’s academic structure. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching the transversal subjects of the Professional Training programs offered by the center, currently corresponding to the Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Emergencies and Civil Protection. Responsibilities include developing subject content, preparing and delivering training activities, and assessing students, in accordance with the center’s syllabus and established pedagogical criteria. Currently, the subjects covered by this vacancy are: \- Personal Itinerary for Employability I (IPO I, formerly FOL) \- Personal Itinerary for Employability II (IPO II, formerly EIE) \- Digitalization Applied to Productive Sectors \- Sustainability Applied to the Production System We seek a candidate capable of assuming responsibility for all transversal subjects collectively, avoiding fragmentation of teaching among multiple instructors.
\- Planning and delivery of teaching for the assigned transversal Professional Training subjects. \- Development of curricular content and training activities according to the center’s established syllabus. \- Delivery of synchronous sessions in the Virtual Classroom. \- Preparation, development, and correction of assignments, exercises, and assessment tests. \- Assessment and grading of students according to established evaluation criteria. \- Monitoring students’ academic progress and identifying potential learning difficulties. \- In-person participation in regular assessment exams and corresponding recovery exams. \- Recording and submission of grades and other academic documentation related to the taught subjects. \- Coordination with the rest of the teaching staff and with the center’s academic management on matters related to subject delivery. \- Adaptation of activities and teaching resources to the characteristics of the semi-presential modality and, where applicable, to students’ needs. \- Other duties inherent to the position arising from the center’s routine teaching activity.
* Minimum 1 year of experience. Teaching experience in Professional Training and/or professional experience related to the subject areas to be taught is valued.

* Competencies / Knowledge: Educational background requirements: A university degree qualifying the candidate for the teaching specialization in FOL (Formation for Employment), including degrees in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, Economics, Sociology, Labor Sciences, Labor Relations, Social Education, and Social Work, as well as equivalent or updated degrees aligned with current study plans. Additionally, candidates must possess the pedagogical and didactic training required for teaching in Professional Training. Competencies / Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the subject matter covered by the vacancy, digital competence for preparing and delivering virtual instruction, capacity for planning and organizing teaching activities, communication and knowledge-transfer skills, autonomy in preparing teaching materials and activities, ability to assess and monitor students, and capacity for coordination and teamwork with the rest of the teaching staff.

* Part-time schedule (231 hours — fixed and periodic, discontinuous in nature)
* Additional relevant information: Working schedule: Part-time, determined by teaching hours and other activities associated with the subjects covered by this vacancy. Weekly schedule distribution: Variable weekly distribution throughout the academic year, according to the academic calendar established for each year. Total weekly workload will be 6 hours per subject, in accordance with the criteria established for annual subject distribution in the academic calendar. The schedule also includes in-person participation in assessment exams and, where applicable, in corresponding recovery exams. For the 2026\-2027 academic year, three subjects overlap during September and October, two subjects overlap during November and December, and only one subject is delivered at a time during January and February. Remuneration: According to the current salary tables stipulated in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Additional relevant information: Special emphasis will be placed on the candidate’s ability to assume all transversal subjects covered by this vacancy collectively, and on willingness to maintain continuity of the employment relationship in upcoming academic years. Teaching is delivered in a semi-presential modality, combining synchronous sessions in the Virtual Classroom, in-person participation in assessment exams, and, where applicable, in recovery exams.
