Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking a Foreman/Forewoman to organize, supervise, and control reconstruction works for damage repair, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 5 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 5 Foremen/Forewomen – Reconstruction Works for Damage Repair (Valencia Province) in València/Valencia. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule work activities together with the site supervisor, assuming responsibility for overall project progress and immediately reporting any anomalies that arise. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements, and carry out layout surveys. * Monitor machinery and personnel productivity, as well as complete and sign off on required reports concerning personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with, and ensure others comply with, regulations regarding safety, quality, and site signage; responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper material storage and cleaning procedures. * Coordinate personnel and machinery across different work sections currently underway. * Observe occupational risk prevention measures on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request supporting documents for information declared in the application at any stage of the process, as well as to request additional details from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits specified in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an FP I / CFGM qualification in construction-related fields, or a Baccalaureate degree (Bachillerato), Pre-University Certificate (BUP or COU), or FP II (in the same field), or FP II / CFGS qualification enabling performance of the duties described in this position; alternatively, at least six months’ experience executing construction works or field services. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license (a copy must be attached as proof). **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Completion of a 60/50-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course qualifying as a Basic Preventive Resource. (Proof must be submitted with the application.) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Prior work experience of between six months and three years in construction works (building construction / maintenance works); employment record (vida laboral) and/or employment contract must be provided to verify and certify professional experience. * Prior work experience of between six months and two years in public-sector construction works; employment record (vida laboral) and/or employment contract must be provided to verify and certify professional experience. **Observations** ----------------- * Application submission period: open from today, 16/03/2026, until 23/03/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
