Description
This position focuses on the core activities of the production line within the food sector. Daily tasks involve handling raw materials, operating specific machinery, and monitoring packaging and labeling processes. It is essential to maintain a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to established food safety and hygiene protocols. The role requires constant attention to detail to ensure final product quality at every stage of the chain. Operators work as part of a coordinated team, where effective communication and collaboration are key to achieving daily production targets. The work pace may vary depending on demand, requiring adaptability and stamina to meet established deadlines. Knowledge of standard operating procedures and the ability to identify and report any quality deviations are fundamental aspects of the role. The work environment is dynamic, with continuous emphasis on efficiency and process improvement. The position offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in a regulated industrial setting, directly contributing to the food supply chain. Site-specific training on equipment and standards is provided to ensure competence in all assigned tasks.
The offered contract is biweekly, with possible extension based on production needs. Working hours are organized into rotating shifts covering the morning shift from 6:00 to 14:00 and the afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00. Work takes place Monday through Friday within an industrial environment subject to applicable sector-specific safety and hygiene regulations.
A personal vehicle is required for commuting. A minimum of one year’s experience as a production line operator is required, preferably within the food sector. Immediate availability for incorporation will be valued. No specific academic qualifications are required, but basic knowledge of food production operations must be possessed.
