We are seeking a **First-Class Technician** with experience in integral renovations to join the **SereConstruct** team. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing masonry and renovation works to a high standard of quality, performing tasks such as tiling, flooring, plasterboard installation, partition wall construction, cladding, suspended ceilings, waterproofing, and all types of finishing work typical of integral renovations. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry will be valued. We seek a responsible, organized, solution-oriented individual capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team. Attention to detail, maintaining order and cleanliness on site, and meeting established deadlines are essential.
