The purpose is to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance services for facilities. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Corrective and preventive maintenance of the center’s facilities. * Perform maintenance tasks related to masonry, plumbing, HVAC, electromechanics, etc. * Carry out comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Manage and resolve daily malfunctions and ensure the proper operation of various types of installations. * Contribute to service excellence by collaborating in optimizing the energy efficiency of facilities. * Ensure compliance with technical and legal regulations and established maintenance plans. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract (vacation coverage) * Salary according to collective agreement * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00 * Dates: **August 10–14** At Caser Servicios, we guarantee equal opportunities, promoting talent development solely based on individuals’ capabilities and competencies required for their roles.
