Job Summary: Maintenance and operation of production machinery for the Finish Respimat team, ensuring quality and safety standards, with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Task organization and autonomy **Finish Respimat Operator** As part of the Finish Respimat team, your mission will be to keep machines running and participate in production-related tasks, complying with required quality and safety standards in the process. This includes operating and monitoring equipment and production processes, maintaining order and cleanliness, completing product and line documentation, performing in-process controls, carrying out batch and product changeovers, participating in continuous improvement, supplying necessary production materials, and counting materials and reconciling them. **Responsibilities & Duties:** * Maintain machine operation and perform production-related tasks while complying with required quality and safety standards: * Operation and monitoring of equipment and production processes. * Order and cleanliness. * Completion of product and line documentation. * Execution of controls. * Execution of batch and product changeovers. * Participation in continuous improvement. * Supplying necessary production materials. * Material counting and reconciliation. **Profile & Requirements:** * 1 year of work experience in a pharmaceutical environment. * Knowledge of regulatory and quality aspects (GMP, Compliance, etc.) is desirable. * Relevant studies are valued: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Microbiology, Analysis and Control, etc. * Organization: High level of autonomy within their scope. * Cooperation: Collaboration, teamwork, sharing and contributing ideas. * Initiative: Highly autonomous and proactive. * Results-oriented: Prioritize the concept of “machine uptime” and production quality level.
