With the aim of providing **high-quality technical support to our clients**, we are **seeking to hire a Field Service Technician** for our team. **What will be your objective?** ------------------------------ The mission of this role is to **ensure fast, efficient, and high-quality after-sales service**, providing **technical support** to customers and distributors, managing **maintenance, installations, commissioning, and repairs**, and ensuring **availability of spare parts**. This role acts as a **link between technical, commercial, and production departments**, ensuring **customer satisfaction** and **continuous improvement** of processes related to Claitec's technical service, both remotely and through **on-site interventions**. It is important to note that this position **requires regular travel availability**, both within the national territory and internationally. **Tasks and responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** on Claitec systems. * Participate in the **installation and commissioning** of active safety equipment and solutions. * Provide **technical support to customers and distributors**, including management of technical documentation. * Manage **incidents and repairs** (RMA) quickly and efficiently. * Coordinate with **production, sales, and R\&D departments** to ensure appropriate responses in each case. * Manage **after-sales stocks and spare parts**. * Promote **continuous improvement** of technical processes and customer service. **What profile are we looking for?** ------------------------------ * Education: Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) or University Degree in electronics, mechatronics, robotics, or similar. * Minimum 3 years of experience in installations, maintenance, or technical service within industrial environments. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of **PLC programming** (preferably Siemens or Panasonic). * Knowledge of **electronics and electrical panels** for technical repairs and adjustments. * Ability to perform **commissioning, maintenance, and repairs** on Claitec equipment. * A **responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented** person with a positive attitude and customer focus. * Intermediate or advanced **English language skills**. * **Availability to travel** regularly and autonomously. **What do we offer?** ----------------- * The opportunity to become part of a solid, internationally recognized group in the industrial safety sector. * Work in a technological, innovative environment focused on continuous improvement. * Continuous training and English classes at the offices. * Flexible full-time working hours. * Competitive salary based on experience and candidate profile.
