We are seeking a **Facility Project Coordinator** to guarantee the proper operational status of our clubs. You will be a key player in maintaining each Fitness Park — from ensuring optimal facility functionality to monitoring the technical condition of clubs, thereby guaranteeing **operational continuity, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.** Here, you won’t just manage club operational statuses — you’ll shape Fitness Park experiences. **Your day-to-day at Fitness Park** * Supervise the overall condition of clubs. * Manage and track technical incidents affecting clubs. * Coordinate with engineering firms, construction companies, and suppliers. * Coordinate club maintenance activities. * Keep technical documentation and certifications up to date. * Ensure compliance with technical regulations, licenses, and Fitness Park standards. * Coordinate post-construction incidents. * Conduct on-site visits to clubs and perform in-person follow-ups. * Manage adjustments and changes during execution, delivering agile and efficient solutions. **What we’re looking for in you** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, or equivalent. * Prior experience in construction and project management (retail, fitness, offices, or similar environments). * Experience in companies with brand standards and technical manuals is highly valued. * Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. * Solid knowledge of construction processes and blueprint reading. * Ability to organize and supervise the overall condition of clubs and manage technical incidents. * Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Willingness to travel for on-site club visits throughout Spain. **What we have prepared for you** * Free access to our Fitness Park gyms nationwide and internationally, with our most exclusive membership plan fully free of charge. * Hybrid working arrangement. * Join a company undergoing rapid expansion. * Health insurance available upon successful completion of the probationary period. * Coverflex flexible benefits card for dining and transportation, available after completing the probationary period. * Language training via the Preply platform. * Permanent employment contract, including the corresponding probationary period. * 23 working days of vacation per year. * Flexible working hours Monday to Friday, either 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00, with shortened Fridays from 8:00–13:00 or 9:00–14:00\. **The next challenge is yours** If you want to join a brand that never stops growing, thrives on action, and always goes one step further, **we want to meet you.** **\#FitnessPark \#ChallengeYourself \#PushYourLimits** **Personal Data Protection (GDPR)** *Your data will be processed by Upgyms Iberia, S.L.
